Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview


Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator manages various marketing projects and processes. This position requires tight interaction with sales, customer service, and product development to ensure our website, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand.


Responsibilities


  • Write & maintain content and provide monthly updates to the corporate website
  • Write and create email campaigns for our target customers
  • Develop marketing collateral: flyers, whitepapers, data sheets
  • Attend tradeshows, city tours, company-sponsored events & promotions
  • Coordinate trade show pre and post-event logistics
  • Attend tradeshows, city tours, company-sponsored events & promotions
  • Assist with the writing, delivery, and tracking of press releases
  • Produce a quarterly newsletter and distribute to our email marketing list
  • Work with customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and references
  • Provide product positioning materials & training for sales & customer service
  • Analyze ROI by capturing marketing campaign performance metrics
  • Work with customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and references
  • Monitor online blogs to track communications related to our brand
  • Utilize our project management system to document and track activities
  • Execute & analyze results of marketing campaigns and advertisements


Job Requirements


  • Experience with web design for creating web pages, email campaigns, and newsletters

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing

  • Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales, and business processes

  • Strong project management, leadership, training & sales support skills

  • Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior-level executives

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong computer skills, especially Google Apps and web applications

  • Effective time management, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Ability to travel at least 15% or as required
